I started Cross Fit Bainbridge Island today!! After running 10 miles yesterday in training for my upcoming marathon...that was NOTHING compared to this! Cannot wait to be toned and strong!!!
Go Katie! If you're ever available on a Friday morning, we're trying to get a running group started. We usually only schedule about 6 miles, but we try to make it so that people can adjust that according to their needs - whether they want to run longer or shorter. I'll send you the email about the run for this Friday.
